Unauthenticated memory corruption via unchecked XML length

Out-of-bounds write in Reolink RLC-410W 3.0.0.136_20121102 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted HTTP request. The netserver parse_command_list function accepts an attacker-controlled positive XML length without an upper-bound check, computes a heap pointer from it, and writes a null byte there. No authentication or user interaction is required; the partially controlled write can corrupt camera memory and interrupt service.
