Application crash via empty QuantizedMaxPool bounds

Null pointer dereference in TensorFlow allows remote authenticated users to crash applications through a crafted QuantizedMaxPool operation. QuantizedMaxPoolingOp reads element zero from min_input and max_input without first requiring each tensor to contain exactly one scalar element. An attacker must be able to submit TensorFlow operations with an empty min_input or max_input tensor; the resulting null reference interrupts the hosting process.
