Memory disclosure or crash via unchecked scanner pointer

Out-of-bounds read in PJPROJECT 2.11.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to disclose memory or crash processes via malformed SIP multipart messages. In pjsip_multipart_parse(), a malformed boundary can drive pj_scan_get_char() to dereference scanner->curptr before checking it against scanner->end. The input must reach an application that accepts SIP multipart; the over-read can disclose adjacent process memory or terminate the process.
