Memory disclosure and crashes via truncated RTP/RTCP packets

Out-of-bounds reads in PJMEDIA in PJSIP PJPROJECT 2.11.1 and earlier allow remote attackers to read memory via RTP/RTCP packets. The RTP and RTCP parsers access extension headers, report structures, and feedback counts before fully validating packet lengths. Any PJMEDIA application accepting incoming RTP or RTCP is exposed, and crafted truncated packets can disclose adjacent process memory or crash the process.
