Unauthorized Bluetooth device access via default selection

Missing authorization in affected Electron releases allows context-dependent attackers to access a random Bluetooth device through Web Bluetooth. Electron's default selection path returns an available device instead of cancelling the request when the application has no listener. Access requires attacker-controlled renderer content, a user-initiated request, and a nearby discoverable device; the attacker cannot choose the device.
