Authenticated team-data disclosure via missing access filters
Published Feb 8, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025
Incorrect authorization in Grafana 5.0.0-beta1 through 7.5.14 and 8.0.0 through 8.3.4 allows remote authenticated users to read team data. The Teams API omits caller-membership filters from team lookup and search queries and does not require team-administrator rights before listing members. Any signed-in user can enumerate or retrieve otherwise restricted team details; member disclosure additionally requires editors_can_admin to be enabled.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
