Stored XSS via disguised SVG upload

Stored XSS in Convos 6.48 through 6.51 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via file upload. The chat upload filter rejects the .svg extension but accepts the same SVG content when its filename ends in .html, serving active markup. An account is required to upload the file, and script execution occurs when another user views it, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled code.
