Domain spoofing via insufficient IDN URL validation

Insufficient URL validation in Google Chrome before 103.0.5060.53 allows remote attackers to spoof domains with crafted IDN homographs. The URL formatter renders a crafted internationalized domain name as visually confusable characters without sufficient validation. A user must open the crafted domain, and the resulting address-bar display can make an attacker-controlled site appear to use a trusted domain.
