Authorization bypass via ignored lookup wildcards

Authorization bypass in AuthZed SpiceDB 1.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to receive unauthorized resources from LookupResources. The lookup dispatcher ignores wildcard relationships when resolving an intersection or the right side of an exclusion, so it returns resources that the subject cannot access. Reachability requires a permission model with a wildcard in one of those set-operation positions, and affected results can expose resources or enable actions that should be denied.
