Whisper participant disclosure via unfiltered post types

Information disclosure in Discourse 2.7.12 and earlier and 2.8.0.beta10 and earlier exposes whisper participants to remote authenticated users. The UserSearch search_ids query selects users with any post in the topic without restricting joined posts to the regular post type. Any signed-in user composing from an accessible topic can receive autocomplete suggestions that identify accounts participating only through hidden whisper posts.
