Unrestricted file upload in Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator 12.2.3 through 12.2.11 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. BneAbstractXMLServlet treats multipart requests with bne:uueupload=true as uuencoded files and passes them to doUpload without restricting dangerous content or the destination path. No credentials or user interaction are required; a crafted HTTP upload can place executable server-side content and take over the Web ADI service.
