Denial of service in Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management allows remote attackers to interrupt service through HTTP requests. Oracle identifies Connection Manager as the affected component but has not disclosed the operation it performs incorrectly on an HTTP request. No credentials or user interaction are required in 12.0.0.4.0 through 12.0.0.6.0; exploitation causes a partial service interruption without reported data exposure or modification.
