Denial of service in Oracle Communications BRM Billing Care 12.0.0.4.0 through 12.0.0.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to cause hangs or crashes. Oracle has not published the affected Billing Care request handler or the operation that mishandles HTTP input. Low-privileged Billing Care credentials and network access over HTTP are required; successful requests hang the service or cause repeatable crashes without reported data exposure or modification.
