CVE-2022-2155Network attack vector

Report disclosure and comment manipulation via role misauthorization

Published Jan 12, 2023 · Updated Apr 7, 2025

Incorrect authorization in Hitachi Energy Lumada APM 6.0.0.* through 6.4.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read Power BI reports. The User Asset Group access-control implementation grants the Limited Engineer role access to embedded Power BI reports and permits that role to modify asset issue comments. Exploitation requires a Limited Engineer account and user interaction; access is limited to installed reports and unauthorized comment changes.
