Information disclosure in Oracle User Management 12.2.4 through 12.2.11 allows remote attackers to access critical data via HTTP. Oracle identifies Proxy User Delegation, also described as Manage Proxies, but has not disclosed the faulty operation or request-processing path. Successful exploitation requires an authenticated session, but a self-registered account satisfies that gate and can expose all data accessible to Oracle User Management.
