A Financial Gateway flaw in PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Cash Management 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the defective Financial Gateway operation or how it processes attacker-controlled input. Low-privileged access and interaction by another user are required; successful exploitation affects only some accessible data but can cross product boundaries.
