A user-interface flaw in Oracle Transportation Management 6.4.3 and 6.5.1 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the nature of the User Interface flaw or the request-processing operation that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require interaction by another person; impact is limited to reading some accessible data and inserting, updating, or deleting some accessible data.
