UI Framework vulnerability in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.4.0.0 and 13.5.0.0 allows remote attackers to modify data. Oracle has not published the affected UI Framework locus or the operation it performs incorrectly on untrusted HTTP input. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require interaction by a person other than the attacker; successful attacks can update, insert, or delete some accessible data and can affect other products.
