Unauthenticated system takeover
Published Jul 19, 2022 · Updated Sep 24, 2024
Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management allows remote attackers to take over versions 12.0.0.4.0 through 12.0.0.6.0 via HTTP. The affected Billing Care component processes a network request incorrectly, but Oracle has not published the request path, input field, or faulty operation. Exploitation requires no credentials or user interaction, but Oracle rates attack complexity high; success grants complete control over product data and service operation.
