A Connection Manager flaw in Oracle BRM 12.0.0.4 and 12.0.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to take over the service via TCP. Oracle has not published the operation in Connection Manager that mishandles network input or the input structure that triggers the flaw. A low-privileged account and network access to the Connection Manager TCP service are required; success grants control over the BRM deployment.
