Privilege-management flaw in Oracle Database 19c Sharding allows remote authenticated users with Create Any Procedure to take over the component. Oracle has not published the faulty procedure, request-handling path, or operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires Oracle Net reachability and the high-privilege grant; success compromises the Sharding component's data and service.
