Mediation Engine flaw in Oracle Communications Operations Monitor 3.4, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 5.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter data. Oracle has not published the vulnerable HTTP request, code locus, or incorrect operation performed by the Mediation Engine. High-privilege access is required; successful attacks can read a subset of accessible data, alter or delete some data, and partially interrupt service.
