Data access flaw in Oracle Communications Operations Monitor 3.4, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 5.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data. Oracle identifies the Mediation Engine and HTTP as the affected component and protocol but has not published the faulty operation or input path. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and interaction by another person; impact is limited to a subset of accessible data, including reads, updates, inserts, and deletes.
