Oracle Communications Operations Monitor 3.4, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 5.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify application data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Mediation Engine and has not disclosed the operation it performs incorrectly. Exploitation requires low-privileged HTTP access and interaction by another person; successful attacks expose a data subset and permit some updates, inserts, or deletions.
