Unauthenticated takeover via undisclosed Webservices Manager flaw
Published Jan 19, 2022 · Updated Sep 24, 2024
Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management 12.0.0.3 and 12.0.0.4 allows remote attackers to take over the product via HTTP. Oracle identifies Webservices Manager as the affected component but has not published the flawed function, request field, or incorrect operation. Network access to its HTTP service is sufficient, without authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation compromises confidentiality, integrity, and availability beyond the vulnerable component.
