Information disclosure in Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center 12.0.0.3.0 and 12.0.0.4.0 allows local users to read application data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the on-premises install component and has not disclosed the operation that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account on the host where the product runs and exposes only a subset of product-accessible data.
