Access control failure in Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management affected releases allows remote attackers to read and modify portfolio data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Web API as the affected component but has not published the flawed endpoint or the incorrect operation on untrusted input. Affected versions are 18.0.0.0 through 18.0.3.0, 19.0.0.0 through 19.0.1.2, and 20.0.0.0; exploitation requires another person's interaction and can read, insert, update, or delete a limited set of accessible data.
