A Web Access flaw in Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management allows remote attackers to read and modify application data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the faulty Web Access operation or how crafted input reaches it, so the underlying mechanism is not public. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require interaction by another person, and its reported effect is limited to reading a subset of accessible data and updating, inserting, or deleting some accessible data.
