Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0, 12.2.1.4.0, and 14.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to alter data and partially interrupt service via T3. Oracle has not published the specific Core code path or malformed T3 operation responsible for the flaw. Unauthenticated network access to a T3 listener is sufficient; successful exploitation can update, insert, or delete accessible data and cause a partial service interruption.
