XXE in Oracle BI Publisher 5.5.0.0.0, 12.2.1.3.0, and 12.2.1.4.0 allows remote attackers to read service-accessible data. The ReportTemplateService endpoint on TCP port 9502 parses an external-entity URI, retrieves its content, and embeds that content into the XML document. No authentication is required, and disclosure is limited to data readable by the BI Publisher service account.
