A General Framework flaw in Oracle Communications Convergence 3.0.2.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected request, code path, or validation failure within the General Framework. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and interaction by another person, and is limited to reading a subset of accessible data and updating, inserting, or deleting some accessible data.
