Data disclosure via unchecked Data Node array index
Published Jan 19, 2022 · Updated Sep 24, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in Oracle MySQL Cluster 8.0.27 and earlier allows attackers to disclose data-node memory and interrupt service. Data Node job processing fails to validate user-supplied array indexes before reading, allowing access beyond the array boundary. Oracle also lists 7.4.34 and earlier, 7.5.24 and earlier, and 7.6.20 and earlier; exploitation requires high privileges, adjacent-segment access, and another person's interaction.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
