Data disclosure via unchecked Data Node array index
Published Jan 19, 2022 · Updated Sep 24, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in affected Oracle MySQL Cluster releases allows attackers to disclose data through crafted Data Node jobs. The Data Node job processor fails to validate a user-supplied array index before reading it, allowing access past the array boundary. Oracle requires adjacent access, high privileges, and another person's interaction; affected branches are 7.4.34 and earlier, 7.5.24 and earlier, 7.6.20 and earlier, and 8.0.27 and earlier, with partial data disclosure and service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
