Information disclosure via out-of-bounds Data Node read
Published Jan 19, 2022 · Updated Sep 24, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in Oracle MySQL Cluster allows high-privileged adjacent attackers to read data and partially interrupt service. Data Node job processing fails to validate a user-controlled array index before reading it, causing an out-of-bounds array read. The affected releases are 7.4.34 and earlier, 7.5.24 and earlier, 7.6.20 and earlier, and 8.0.27 and earlier; exploitation requires high privileges, access to the adjacent physical network segment, and interaction by another person.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
