Unauthenticated remote server takeover

Oracle WebLogic Server 12.1.3.0.0, 12.2.1.3.0, 12.2.1.4.0, and 14.1.1.0.0 allow remote attackers to take over the server via T3. Oracle identifies the Core component but has not disclosed the request-processing error or affected function that mishandles T3 traffic. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants control over server data and service availability.
