An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management 12.0.0.3 and 12.0.0.4 allows remote attackers to take over BRM via HTTP. Oracle identifies Connection Manager as the affected component but has not published the vulnerable operation or the HTTP input that reaches it. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation grants complete control of BRM and can significantly affect connected products.
