Information disclosure in Oracle Communications BRM 12.0.0.3 and 12.0.0.4 allows remote attackers to read all accessible billing data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the faulty Pipeline Manager operation or how an HTTP request bypasses the intended data-access boundary. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the consequence is limited to reading critical or complete product-accessible data.
