Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify accessible data via HTTP. The flaw resides in the optional Samples component, but Oracle has not published the affected endpoint or the operation performed incorrectly on untrusted input. Exploitation requires no credentials but does require another person to interact; reported effects are limited to reading, updating, inserting, or deleting some accessible data.
