Unauthorized data access in Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to alter or read server data via HTTP. Oracle has not published which Samples endpoint or input-handling operation permits the unauthorized access. The Samples component must be installed and reachable; successful requests can read a subset of accessible data or update, insert, or delete some data.
