Oracle Trade Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.11 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter critical data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the GL Accounts component but has not published the flawed operation or how crafted HTTP input reaches it. A low-privileged account is required; successful exploitation exposes or permits creation, deletion, or modification of all data accessible to the application.
