Information disclosure via out-of-bounds read
Published Aug 18, 2022 · Updated May 5, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi UEFI drivers before 2.2.12.22071 allows local users to disclose information. Intel has not published the affected function, memory boundary, input source, or operation that triggers the out-of-bounds read. Exploitation requires high local privileges on a system using an AX210, AX211, or AX411 adapter, and the published record establishes information exposure without identifying the data disclosed.
