Process crash via non-callable toString property

Unchecked return handling in node-posix 4.2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash a Node.js process via crafted input. The native argument-conversion path treats a failed toString invocation as a 0x0 value and passes it into a type check that aborts the process. Exposure requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled values into an affected binding; successful exploitation interrupts that application process.
