Command execution via shell-interpolated executable names

OS command injection in global-modules-path before 3.0.0 allows attackers to execute commands via crafted getPath arguments. The getPath fallback interpolates the executable-name argument into shell command strings passed to execSync for where, which, and ls. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled package or executable names; injected commands run with that application's privileges.
