Memory corruption via wrapped BMP buffer allocation

Integer overflow in fltSaveCMP in LEADTOOLS 22 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through a crafted BMP file. fltSaveCMP uses a 32-bit multiplication of the image-derived row count and BytesPerLine, allocates the wrapped smaller size, and copies attacker-controlled row bytes beyond that buffer. A victim must cause an application incorporating the SDK to process the image; the resulting out-of-bounds write can crash the process.
