Stored XSS via unescaped table signature
Published Jul 17, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Stored XSS in Supsystic Data Tables Generator before 1.10.20 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through table settings. The Signature Text field accepts unescaped SVG markup and renders it in a page or post that embeds the table. Administrator-level access is required, unfiltered_html must be disallowed, and a visitor must load the embedded table; script runs in that visitor's browser.
