Local command execution via unsanitized Appium path

OS command injection in PayPal nemo-appium before 0.0.9 allows local users to execute commands through a crafted Appium path. The setup function passes its apath argument directly to child_process.exec without validating shell metacharacters, so the configured executable path becomes a shell command. Exploitation requires appium-running 0.1.3 as a dependency and control of the Appium path; injected commands run with the Nemo process's privileges.
