Local information disclosure via stale register data

Incomplete cleanup in special-register reads in Intel Processors allows local users to disclose stale data from CPU buffers. The original SRBDS mitigation permits a race in which sideband transactions occur between buffer use and overwriting, leaving RDRAND, RDSEED, or EGETKEY data behind. Ring 3 access is sufficient to sample residual values across hardware threads, exposing data without altering or interrupting the system.
