Local data disclosure via stale fill-buffer sampling

Information disclosure in some Intel Processors allows local users to sample stale data from microarchitectural fill buffers. MMIO operations can propagate stale data from uncore buffers or mapped registers into core fill buffers, where an unmitigated transient-execution path samples it across security contexts. Low-privileged code must run locally on an affected MDS-vulnerable client CPU, and exposed data depends on the processor and system configuration.
