Stored script execution via inline attachment rendering

Unrestricted attachment upload in InvenTree before 0.7.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. Attachment links open uploaded HTML directly in the current browser context instead of forcing a download, allowing embedded JavaScript to run. An authenticated account must upload the file and another user must open its attachment link, exposing that user's browser session to script execution.
