Stored XSS via unsanitized RADIUS entries
Published Jan 18, 2023 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Stored XSS in affected Cisco Identity Services Engine releases allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser. The External RADIUS Server feature stores entry fields containing HTML or script code without properly validating the input before later display. High-privilege ISE access is required to create the entry, and a different user must view it; impact is confined to that user's browser context.
